Two weeks after Prohibition was repealed in December of 1933, Post Wine & Spirits opened its doors and has been serving local customers ever since. Over the years, the store has changed ownership several times, however, each proprietor has maintained the original philosophy of high quality product selection and good old fashioned personal service with a smile.

Nancy Heinbockel has been in the wine trade for over 25 years. She believes that a good wine merchant should provide a selection of wines & spirits that encourage customers to broaden their knowledge and develop their palate for a variety of styles. Each wine in the inventory has been taste-selected. This is done so as to advise our customers according to their personal taste preferences and, in addition, to be able to pair the perfect wine with their menu.

Shopping for wine should be enjoyable and we believe that everyone that enters our store should be put right at ease. We want to create a fun, learning experience for each and every customer.
